Autonomic Response Testing
Autonomic Response Testing (ART) is a highly sensitive form of bio-feedback testing, developed by Dr Dietrich Klinghardt, to detect and correct problems of the autonomic nervous system.
‘You are what you eat’ is a fundamental rule that governs our health. In the clinic we found that sometimes there is need to look beyond metabolism and check other systems of the body to find what is behind physical and mental blockages.

The autonomic nervous system is a network of nerves throughout the body that control the unconscious processes. It regulates our breathing, heart rate, digestion, immune function, sleep patterns, and hormone regulation.
Environmental toxins, pathogens (bacteria, viruses, parasites, fungi), allergies, hormonal imbalances, scars and dental issues can all have a detrimental effect on your autonomic nervous system. These can be detected in the testing.
Other underlying conditions that may not be presenting obvious physical symptoms, like irritability, anxiety and depression, or other mental and emotional disturbances can also be addressed in the testing.
ART uses Muscle testing (changes in muscle tone) as a tool to measure disturbances. It helps to identify the source of physical, mental, and emotional disorders, offering simple and inexpensive solutions.
Testing lasts for about 2 hours. We often use an intermediate assistant to prevent transference between practitioner and client and to make the testing more comfortable by not testing the arm of the client directly.

.. The Biofied The ANS (Autonomic Nervous System) receives information from our biofield. Our body's biofield is an accumulation of light particles (bio-photons): Infrared spectrum of light emitted from all of our cells, tissues, organs, and glands. Although the body's biofield is not visible with the human eye, it is detectable with some very sophisticated and sensitive equipment. This biofield, or light field, is produced and emitted by the body and is carrying information from our surroundings back into the physical body. The ANS then has an opportunity of responding to that stress signal. ART uses tools such as polarised light filters, signal enhancers (amplifies the light field of your body), and therapy localisation to detect disturbances in these body regulation procedures. ------------------------------------  The Five Levels of Healing - The Soul-Mind-Body Connection The 5 levels of healing is a treatment model proposed by Dr. Klinghardt that combines Western and Eastern knowledge about our bodies, health, and energy. He suggests that we have 5 layers that influence each other and directly affect our health. According to this model, our bodies make visible what’s happening at the soul level. So if there is unresolved trauma in our past, it will eventually manifest as a physical condition or pain. Likewise, when emotional healing occurs, positive changes are seen at the physical level as well. The model helps us understand the different layers of healing that may be required in order to get better. There are specific treatments recommended for addressing each level, which we’ll outline below. 1st Level - Physical Body The physical level is what most of us envision when we think about health. It pertains to our physical body and biochemistry. Treatments addressing this level include diet, herbal medicine, exercise, osteopathic manipulation, medication, supplements, and surgery. 2nd Level - Energy Body The energy level pertains to our nervous system and energy meridians. It also includes how we process our emotions and life experiences. Treatments addressing this level include acupuncture, neural therapy, meditation, qi gong, and unplugging from electronic devices. 3rd Level - Mental Body The mental level pertains to our attitudes, thoughts, and beliefs that influence our perception and reality. Treatments addressing this level include mental field therapy, applied psycho-neurobiology. (Both methods use eye movement and tapping on meridians in order to detect and offer healing to deep unconscious trauma). 4th Level - Intuitive Body The intuitive level includes the collective unconscious, dreams, and intuition. Treatments for addressing this level include psychotherapy, applied psycho-neurobiology, colour and sound therapy, family constellation. 5th Level - Spiritual Body The spiritual level is the highest level and the practitioner cannot intervene in it. It’s up to each individual to explore their relationship with the Spirit through prayer, meditation, and innate healing.
The 5 levels of healing were designed as a tool for integrative medicine practitioners, but many of the treatments recommended are self-care practices that can be done on your own.
